Each record carries the permit type, work type, issue date, declared valuation, contractor, and the job-site street address — we resolve the ZIP ourselves from that address, which lands one on roughly 8 in 10 permits. This feed is the CITY of Las Vegas only: unincorporated Clark County, Henderson, and North Las Vegas are separate permitting agencies and are not included. The feed carries no scope-of-work text.
